Cast magnesium hand float engineered for superb floating action on cement. The 16″ blade features beveled edges and smooth rounded corners that gives this float the perfect “broken-in” feel. This 3-1/8″ wide float is slightly more narrow than standard floats creating a greater curve to the blade for easier floating. Durable, lightweight magnesium smooths and levels the concrete before finishing. The smooth magnesium blade opens up the pores on the surface to allow proper evaporation. Magnesium is 30% lighter than similar aluminum tools. The special ground blade features square ends to float into corners and along edges. The blade feature rounded corners to prevent gouging of the cement while working.
