Step 1: Light up your favorite fire starter. You can use any commercial starter of your choice or self-made fire starter such as napkins with cooking oil or alcohol. Make sure the fire starter you choose fits on your Fireguard.
Step 2: Cover it with Fireguard. Once the fire starter of your choice has been lighted up and burning consistently. simply put your Fireguard on top of it to cover it. Fire should come up the main chamber.
Step 3: Place charcoal on top. Once the fire starter is covered and burning consistently. simply place your charcoal on top. Make sure the air inlet (where the logo is printed) is not blocked. Firewood works great for this step as well. Finally. just wait a few minutes for the fire to be up and burning. that’s it!
