Instructions
For Use with any Type of Grill: Start your cooker and warm it up to the desired cooking temperature. (Note: Not all grills heat the same. It is important that the pellets get hot enough to smoke. It may require some experimentation for your particular grill.); Place your smoke box or foil pouch filled with pellets on or above the heat source; When smoking starts. put your meat on to cook and close the grill cover. The smoke will last 30 minutes using a foil pouch. How to Make a Foil Pouch: 1. Cut a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. 2. Seal the sides by folding the foil over twice to make a pouch. 3. Fill pouch with 1/3 cup pellets. Leave enough space at top to fold over the seal the pouch. 4. Punch a small hole in one side only of the pouch. 5. Place the pouch on or above the heat source with the hole side up. Close the cooker’s cover to capture the flavored smoke.
